Web page text editor, CSS, DOM, plus link to new mysql db

Text editor on web page links text to database. It is basically a web page text editor. The idea is to have a typing form like the one here in FL, or anywhere, with text controls like bold, size, font etc. Also paste in from other web pages just by highlighting the other page text, then when switch to 'our page' (the new web app), the text is there - this is called caret browsing I think. Also same auto copy/paste using an F key or shortcut, into 'our page' without switching into it - so you can read a page elsewhere, highlight, press a key and the 'our page' editor will fill up with pasted text, putting a para break in between. That is basic action of text editor on 'our page' I want it to have more than one (2 or 4) editiors which can be switched between. --- UI There will also be some resizing of the text editors allowed, via css and dom etc. More details later. I want it to fit in as an tablet app, by fitting exactly to the tablet screen. If used on normal pc browser is just web page, if tablet etc, resizes automatically. I have links for how to do this, it is standard. --- Save text There is no login to the web editing page, users can use it all, the editors can make files to download from the web page. File is in a specific format to be supplied, also RTF. (If this can be done easily, is not essential). --- Database The text in the editors has to be sent automatically (background task) to a database, where the user can collect it later by accessing a page on a website. It is in a wordpress blog so can drop the page in there, can either add tables to the wp db, or have a separate db (which I prefer). The text is available to Save as files, RTF and specific format to be supplied. Iis easy to make file). --- That is scope, details to follow.
