Small Mobile Site/Web App (Utility for Film & Video Pros)

I am looking for some help putting together a very simple website that is optimized to run as a mobile web app. The primary purpose of this web app is to provide a blue or greenscreen fill on a device screen to aid film & video professionals with compositing and post-production tasks (screen replacements). Most often this is accomplished with either tape or physically placing something over the device's screen which leads to a bunch of problems for the people who have to replace the screens in post. The easiest approach is to put these colours up on the device screen itself. It's a pretty simple & straightforward app which should be relatively easy to pull together. I will provide mockups for the layout, as well as any design assets needed (minimal). I don't have a preference on how it should be setup under the hood, so I am looking for advice on what the best way to go about it would be for such an app based on the requirements. As long as it's using standards that are easily up-dateable, and functions correctly on the mobile web browsers (mainly mobile Safari & Android, secondly Blackberry & WebOS which are not as big a priority) I'm cool with whatever framework makes the most sense. The site should be enabled to run fullscreen wherever it is possible (I know this is straightforward on iOS but I'm not sure how this works in regards to Android, WebOS, & Blackberry). This is quite important as leaving any browser or OS chrome on the screen essentially defeats the purpose this is intended for. The landing page/homescreen presents the user with a menu for: - Greenscreen - Bluescreen - Time of Day - Checkerboard - Settings - How's this work? - About (I will provide a mockup for the design of the homescreen menu) Greenscreen: This option puts up a full Green screen on the device. Bluescreen: This option puts up a full Blue screen on the device. Time of Day: This option puts up a large current Time of Day centred on screen (HH:MM:SS). [I will provide a mockup of the sizing/placement for this] Checkerboard: This option will put up a fullscreen checkerboard pattern on the screen. Settings: I might do away with the settings options for the V1 of this. Although maybe we'll add it in now if it's easy to do. - Option to enable/disable tracking markers which appear in the corners & centre of the screen (for blue & greenscreen only. I will provide reference on where these should be placed) - Time of Day option for Black text on White screen, or White text on Black. - Set Checkerboard Colour - (leave out of V1) How's this work?: This will link to a basic static page with copy about how to use the site.
