refer-a-friend tracking system (with iContact database)

We're looking for someone to help us create a refer-a-friend tracking system that can be integrated into our website and with our iContact database. Basically, on our website, we have a database where people enter their information when they sign up. One of the "inputs" for people who join our database will be the email address of the individual that referred them. This "input" will need to be integrated with the iContact database to track a "referral count" for the individual whose email address was entered. However, we'll need a way to ensure that the actual email account already exists in our database and a way to increase the count as they refer additional people. What makes things complicated is as follows: 1) After someone joins our database, they will be directed to the refer-a-friend page. On this page, we'll need to be able to offer a unique "referral" url for them to send to their friends via different social networks, through email, etc. 2) We also have a link on our website for "refer-a-friend"....which means that these individuals may or may-not have signed up to participate. Therefore, we'll need a way for them to enter their email address (or some other information) prior to referring their friends (or at least offering this option) so that we can track their referrals. 3) When someone joins our database, we send them a welcome email through iContact. Therefore, we'll need to have you have a way for us to integrate the unique url for each individual into our welcome email to that person. 4) When someone actually clicks on the "unique url" for an individual, we'll need the join our database webpage to automatically add that variable into the "referrer's email address" if that individual decides to join our database. Please note: We'd like the referrer's email to be stored as their "referrer" regardless of whether or not they click on any other pages on our website prior to joining our database (ie some sort of cookie) For this project, we're looking for someone that has worked with iContact in the past and is confident they can complete the project within the next 3 days. In addition, we're looking for you to help develop some of the html / website code on the "refer-a-friend" page. For this html page coding, we're ultimately looking for an attractive design similar to the system created on groupon (without the need to login) You can access the groupon example by visiting [login to view URL] (and creating an account).
