PHP Online Money transfer / Remittance system

complete web-based php, end-to-end, multi-currency and multi-region money transfer software system. my users to flexibly send money Online Remittance, Prepaid Cards, PayPal, MoneyBookers or any international gateway. This should be automated in a that users can register and verify their ID documents or address or telephone numbers then they also able to create / Add their beneficiaries / receivers. Options of funding their accounts will payment Gateways like paypal, Moneybookers and Google checkout, if banks and credits / debit cards are options. I.e Users with any of those above can send money from their PayPal etc to us then money Cashed to the Beneficiary. System should have History , allow remitters save as more than one Beneficiary plus if possible an sms notification to the Merchant and Beneficiary.
