Order system for bakery in FILEMAKER

Bakery needs an online database ordering system with SPREADSHEET LAYOUT in FILEMAKER. Required Functionalities: 1 This not a webshop style order system we need, we have 10 clients wich put in orders everyday. So orderform need to look more like excel sheet attached. Client order View Look at the attached excel to see how I want clients to be able to put in orders in client order tab. The client is just going to punch in the numbers directly in the cells. Admin View I want administrator to see orders in administrator view 1 tab (1 tab=1 client, several dates), and administrator view 2 tab ( 2 tab = all clients, 1 day). Admin view tab 2 should also sum up all orders made with a total quantity column. So the bakers can look at that column to understand how much to produce. 2 In Admin view, only products that are actually ordered will appear in product lists 3 Clients need to be able to put in several orders for 1 day, so in the client order tab layout there should be some “additional order” button so that clients can put in a second or third order on the same day. 4 Clients need to be able to place orders into the system themselves. So they will have admin and password and fill out orders themselves directly in to the system 5 (Optional) Bakery administrator need to be able to place/remove products from orders through smartphone 6 Order system need to print delivery notes for all clients on a given day without bakery administrator need to go in to each separate client tab and print order notes. 7 Order system needs to be able to create invoices . Every 2 weeks we invoice our clients, the client need to receive an invoice with attached order specification. 8 Clients should be able to report how many items was actually recieved ATTENTION!!!! All bidders must attach JPG of client order view layout in filemaker so I can know we understand each other. If you don’t attach jpg then I will disregard your bid.
