Content locking gateway

We are looking for someone to assist us in building a content locking gateway that will integrate seamlessly with the Has Offers tracking platform. The locker must be accessible from within partner account dashboard within hasoffers, and must be able to populate approved offers from the system as well. Approved offer will carry a specific tag within the system in order to eliminate non approved offers from being published within the gateway. Each partner must create individual access, therefore allowing them to populate on those offers to which they have access to. The gateway must be clean, functional, and match the overall Click Rover, LLC theme in nature. The locker itself must be bulletproof, and not easily circumvented. Please contact for more details.
