Changes/updates to a few of my sites.....

Hello, I need to make some minor updates/changes to a few websites I have as follows (website names will be given to winning bidder): 1. On the very top of my site #1 it is currently an image that looks like text and needs to be changed to text. On this same site I also have a section which allows users/visitors to list their homes for sale for a fee and I want this to be changed to FREE. 2. I will need my site #2 changed from one cpanel to another. Also I will need for you to add the ability for me to edit the entire page including the footer of this page as I do on all my other sites. 3. On my site #3 at the very top it is an image that looks like text but is an image and needs to be changed to text and at the very bottom of this page has text of less than 3 words that needs to be changed to approx 5 words. 4. My site #4 has a membership process where people sign up for memberships and I want to be able to verify their email via email before allowing them to be accepted as a member and to minimize spam and the like. I also want the current email addresses I have saved to be deleted [login to view URL] can review this site #4 is www.prodigyinvestor.com. 5. My site #5 will need Google adsense added. I already have the code but simply need it placed on site #5. I already have adsense on all my other sites. This is all I need to be done for this project. I believe someone who knows there stuff can complete it easily. Let me know you understand my requirements to be considered. This is not a very big project and is really just several tiny projects that I simply need to get done and out of the way as I will be needing some websites built as well as some more SEO done. I am actively listing these other projects or will be once I complete this one and would like to find a true professional. Thank you for reviewing my project.
