Authorize.net CIM, One step checkout for osC

We have a highly customized osC website that needs a few additions. 1 - Integrate [login to view URL] CIM (Customer Information Manager) into site. This will allow customer payment information to be stored (with [login to view URL]) and will allow a customer to check out with one click (like on [login to view URL]). If a customer has account information in CIM, the product_info page will display a second checkout button called "Checkout with one click", if they do not, a like that says "Sign in to checkout with 1 click". If they have an account, clicking this will finalize the order with all the default shipping and billing choices in their account. 1b. - We need to combine the checkout pages to be very simple (I can send screen shots). You can start with the osC one step checkout mod but it will have to be highly customized to be more like Amazon's checkout. The normal checkout button will take them to a single checkout page that will have the shipping, payment and order summary in a single page (payment, shipping, billing info editable, gift cards available - already programmed). When a customer clicks the button called complete order, the order will be submitted. 2 - We need the [login to view URL] page (our [login to view URL] page) redesigned (please see screenshots). This will be coupled with the next step where a customer will be able to initiate returns. 2b. - We need a feature that will allow a customer to be able to initiate returns from the catalog side (please see screenshots). They will be able to select the items for return, state a reason for the return of each item, allow them to print or have emailed to them a shipping label. The script will create a $0 order, the items will be referenced to allow for easy population when we receive the order. The customer will be able to print an invoice with the items and estimated refund amount (adjusted if the original order contains a discount or coupon). The order number will be the RMA number they are to reference when they send their package. Please estimate ACTUAL time you will spend on this project.
