Add to shortlist

Dear programmers, We want to create a 'Training Course Shorrtlist' option for the users. It will need the following options; 1. A 'save to shortlist' button on the description pages, which when clicked adds the training course to the shortlist and changes the button to say 'course added to shortlist'. 2. A 'Your shortlist is empty' section on all pages, which as you add courses to the shortlist changes to '1 course in shortlist' for example. 3. A page which lists all the courses currently in the shortlist. 4. Data export to our email for processing. An example of what we are looking for is here [login to view URL] in the red menu bar you will see the typical shortlist facility we are looking for. The site is a standard compliant XHTML/CSS static site on a windows server.
