Router Bit World real-time Order Entry

The current process is to create a customer and then to create an order. This is fine and good but requires multiple screens. I need the following: 1. Order entry screen. (See Attached File: Order [login to view URL]) All of the following needs to be on one page. a. Find Existing Customer (This box will search by First name, last name,company, phone number, email, or zip code) - Results to be displayed in a popup window that will disappear automatically when I select a name from the list. b. Customer infomation entry form, for if the order is for a new customer. Shipping address is, by default, the same as the primary address. (Creating a new customer will create a new account and email them a random password with a link to change the password) c. Product entry form with the ability to add from 1 product to infinity products to the order. (there should always be one more order line displayed) I need to be able to add products to the order based on model number - when I enter a model number in the model number field and tab to the next field it will autopopulate the remaining fields. If an exact match is not found, it will display a relevant dropdown list or a popup window from which i can select the item to purchase. I also need to be able to search by model number for a the products that I am adding. I need to be able to edit the description if necessary, enter the quantities ordered, edit the product price if necessary, and also the unit cost. d. Shipping method. I then must select the shipping method from my pulldown list, enter the shipping cost. e. Credit card information form. 2. When I click on Process Order, it will first create a PDF backup of the the screen and store that PDF on the server for 1 week - after 1 week it will be automatically deleted.(just in case there is any problem with the server or the internet connection. I don't want to have to call the customer back to get their information again. This pdf document will have the same number as the order number and will be saved for up to a week and then automatically erased.
