Online Photo Album

I need an online photo album which would include flash intro and very attractive pages.? It would require the following functionalities: - The navigation must be very user-friendly - Require the user to login to upload or maintain the pictures - Require CMS function to admin the site and the user profile - Need MySQL database to store and organize the photos - PHP or Java Script language should be use for this project - User would be able define restrictions on photo viewing ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? - A registered user can restrict to only for few to view certain pictures - User would be able to send auto email notification to others for to view newly uploaded pictures - Once the project is done the coder must provide a copy of all the source files including a copy of the database to the buyer. - Once the project is done only the buyer would have the copyright rights - What ever the deadlines are agreed between the coder and buyer in the beginning, the coder must keep the deadlines. ## Deliverables The project would only be consider is close after the following things: -? Project is installed on our web host server. - All the functions are working according to the buyer satisfactory. - Coder sent a copy of all the source code (uncompiled and compiled) and all the related files to the buyer with a written instaruction how to maintain the project.
