Music Comparison Search Portal

I am looking to build an Online Music Comparison Search portal. The goal of the site is to give consumers a portal/hub to search for and compare prices for any type of music. Users will be able to search for and finds MP3s, AACs, Ringtones, Sheetmusic, as well as music videos, and lyrics for different songs and artists. The site should essentially be a more extensible and quicker version of [login to view URL] with the functionality of a metasearch engine. The site should have the following features: * Music Comparison Search - MetaSearches all the major music providers (iTunes, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Zingy, Jamster, etc.) simultaneously and quickly with a solid internet connection. Presents info in a shopping comparison search format. * Directory of Artists - Artist should be categorized by genre in a browsable directory. * Modular Plugin Design - The site should be built with a modular plugin architecture so that any new music or existing provider can be enabled or disabled. * Listen to Clips - Each song page should link to the appropriate clip on either [login to view URL] or Amazon.com. Clicking on a listen button will launch Windows Media or iTunes to play the music clip. * Music Videos - Each song page will also link to the appropriate music video on Yahoo! Music. * Affiliate Feeds - Site should support integration of affiliate codes from Amazon, iTunes, etc. The site will generate revenue from the referral fees. * PPC Search - Should be extended (w/ a plugin) to support PPC search feed. * Speed & Performance - Intelligent Caching Support - To increase performance for most frequently searched artists or songs. * Search Engine Friendly - The site needs to be SEO friendly. All artist pages will be set up in their own subdomains to facilitate Search Engine Optimization (ie. [login to view URL]) * CSS Template Based Design - The site must be built with a template based CSS design

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
