20 Links to my PDA site from relevent, PR4+ sites

I'm looking for a coder that will find 20 links partners from other sites that will link back to my site. Some sites will require a link back from my site, which I will provide from my on-site link page - I will add a "pending" link that will become permanent as soon as I see the link form the requesing site. The 20 links MUST meet the following criteria: 1. The links will come from sites related to the PDA/pocket pc/iPAQ/Palm industry, as well as related products and accessories. 2. The page from which my site will earn a link will be of a Google page rank of 4 and above. [login to view URL] page from which my site will earn a link must have no more than 25 links it. 4. Links must be from legitimate sites, no link farms or other quesionable sites. Links that will not meet the above will not be payed for. All links will be approved by me, prior to payment. I will pay a fixed rate per approved link. I reserve the right to refuse a link even if it does meet the above. Please bid your price for 20 links as described. A coder with previous experiance in this kind of jobs will be prefered. If you will do a good job, more linking jobs will be offered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I suggest you manage the process with a spreadsheet.
