We are a small and friendly web development company based in the UK and we have a need for a full time WordPress expert to work with us on a full time basis. You will be expected to work between the hours of 9 and 5 GMT (with 1 hour for lunch). We are offering between $800 - $1400 per month dependent upon your experience and skills. ---------- You must: ---------- - Have at least 5+ years experience developing WordPress themes and modules - Know WordPress inside and out - **MUST HAVE EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH** - Be confident with coding HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript by hand - Be contactable through UK business hours via IM and Email - Put the word "cheese and pickle" at the top of your application to show you have read the whole job description. - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication skills - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred ---------- Required Skills ---------- - WordPress and WordPress Plugins - PHP - JS - CSS - HTML - MySQL ---------- Your Responsibilities ---------- - Code sites from a provided PSD all the way to a WordPress Theme with working plugins - Work with, modify and develop new plugins to match our clients requirements - Make small modification and updates to existing WordPress sites - Make small changes and updates to non WordPress site and PHP systems - Help us to ensure all of our WordPress sites are secure and up to date Please apply with your expected monthly wage and your level of experience. And hence, we would like to give this a start with ONE developer for USD1100/developer/month of basis for initial 2 months of span and then, we both ends will get better idea about work methods, work load and deliveries.
