PHP (Zend) person required to add plugins to a website

Hi, This project requires a PHP Zend expert to install 3 PHP plugins to a website for me and do some very minor customisations and database work to get a chat plugin to work with the user database. I can supply the plugins / cpanel access / FTP access etc Task 1. Add Languages plugin below so site auto detects and translates language. (plugin attached) - Add the plugin to the website so it performs as it should automatically detected the language and changing the text. [login to view URL] Task 2. Add chat plugin so it works only to registered / logged in users and friends (like fb chat) and integrates with message system. [login to view URL] Task 3. Add Timeline news ticker to a left side widget panel (widget area) - Create a new widget on the left hand side of the site above "popular users" at a fixed height of 300px and the content from the news feeds displays in there and updates. [login to view URL] This is NOT major development work to create anything - it is simply to integrate plugins to an existing site and should be no more than 10 - 15 hours work so hoping to stick within a budget of $150 and have the work completed in 1 - 2 days. Experts only who can work quick and solve any problems too.
