Item Sale Service

The new website will be called 'We Sell It' and the slogan will be 'The hassle-free way of selling on eBay'. The company hope to attract people to bring product to their shop, and they will sell them on eBay for them, taking a 30% commission of the sale. It is a very similar principle to [[url removed, login to view]][1] and the new website should be very loosely modelled on this and have a similar design quality.

The website will have 7 html pages. If any scripting is needed, please use PHP as it will be hosted on my Linux server.

You will need to design a logo for the client, which should be based on the words 'We Sell It' and have an auction hammer similar to the attached pictures in. The client will use this logo on their eMail signature and business cards.

The main colours of the design should be white and green, and hopefully look good when linking with their eBay shop.

The content for each page is in the attached word document. The Currently Selling page should bring up the client's eBay shop in a frame (or better method) below the navigation, just as this does: <[url removed, login to view]>. The client does not have an eBay shop yet, so if you link to eBay for now I will get this link for us later.

I will need to be able to edit the content in Dreamweaver at a later date.

As the client has a small budget for this project, I have set the maximum at $200. I hope this is ok with you. I have had the go-ahead on an VB/Access project for the client to manage all the members for this service offline. I will also use you for this project and it should be worth at least another $150. After the 2 projects are complete we may have some further work with the client.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
