Hello, I suspect your ISP is filtering connections on port 25 and if that's the case it simply won't work. We can verify that and if that's not the case we can make it work. If it's filtered it won't work.

Hi, I have found this job posting regarding the WHM/Cpanel issue and I am very much interested in it. As I am currently working as L2 Hosting Product Specialist with an experience of 3+ years(and RHCE certified), it is my believe that I could best fit your requirement. I have a vast knowledge on various Hosting Panels like cPanel, Plesk, ZPanel, etc on VPS and dedicated servers. Here is my plan of action or you may try yourself: 1) Check the MX records of the addon domain: whether it is properly added with the new server information 2) If the domain is using the local mail service, the check if it is present in the file '/etc/localdomains'. Otherwise check in '/etc/remotedomains' 3) Tail Exim log "/var/log/exim_mainlog" and try sending a test mail. See what is the error. I am pretty sure of this project and would love to work with you.
