Browser Based RPG GAME

I would like a group that can make the ENTIRE game. Design,programming etc..Everything. It's a browser game..I'm looking for a mix of the following photos in my game. I have a detailed layout of how i want everything to be and so on.

The game will online ofcourse and PvP ( Player V.S Player ) based strategy. Its going to be somewhat dynamic.
