Website Design

I need to have [login to view URL] finished. We created a logo and concept that the client unsuccessfully tried to incorporate into a website. As such, I need the site designed quick, and I need it to look good. I want the site modelled after www.loudside.com. The site needs to look great, but not "mainstream". I need it to have that underground grunge appeal (Think Nirvina in the late 90s). You can see which elements need to be incorporated into the site from the navigation bar. They like the mouseover feature that displays more info in the TV, but they want it to look more like [login to view URL] There will be ahomepage with welcome info, an About Us page, a Featured Artist page, a Blast Area (upcoming shows), a directory of bands. A place to upload podcasts and download mp3s(Radio Anarchy is the name of the section), Contest Info, a Signup for a mailing list, and a link to advertise on the page, as well as a LINKS page. The design should take into account room at the bottom of the page for a small standard banner. We need this site completed ASAP, preferably by the end of the week. We have all content and images ready to go, so please get in touch with me and we can come up with a concept. The budget on this is quite low since we already paid our designers for the logo/nav bar. They will be using the same logo. We will pay up to 150, but as this is more a template than anything else it shouldn't be too complex. The site needs to be easily updated, so if it can be done using flash+xml or text files to stream info great. If it can be done in Joomla or Drupal, even better. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY. We need to see mockups/samples/concepts ASAP to make a decision.
