Talanted Flash Developer for Game

Hello, I have a multiplayer poker game on facebook. Flash Action Scipt 3 /FlashCS6 on the front-end, PHP/Joomla on the back-end. My game link= [login to view URL] . I have all source code. But, game has some bugs. I also have language file right now you can see both english and turkish works. But i can fix easyly if you accept the project. we have normal&tournament mode. As my game ,There is no differences between them. Actually,like all poker games,differences should be. When user login the pokerarena and click the tournament,they can see a screen which have join(katıl) button. and with this system, specified number user can join the tournament. Tournament will begin in stated time and users who sign-up before,will sit-down any table 'automatically' . And tournament begin..winners of each tables are level up and again stay any table automatically and wait for the other winners to stay. It goes on with dicreasing of players and When the last table finish the game. Order will be determined(because we awarded winner and secon,third,fourth ones) Example; 450 players join the tournament. 50 tables will open(you know each table to 8 person= 8*50=450). When person lose the game he will to be screened to game. and no. of tables dicrease, Last 8 person will play last time ank ranking will appear. or you can check any tournament to understand what I mean.. >>the game should be more faster >>For arena store which is in the top bar should work like Chip al button.(it is better thn closed) >>choosing sitting ;you can see in the game ,I dont like it but if you say it should stay like this there is a mistake; we have 8 chairs but choosing screen has 7 chairs >>for dealer ; can we see her like sitting ? after we close the 3D she just wait and because of she wait standing , she looks poor and timer looks on the her head:) >>If you let me to change the background, I will be very happy. I can send you new one which is suitable with new lobby background.. >>When the new game begin , it takes 20 sec. but it should be 3 sec. >>Winner is not clear:/ can appear the screen or stars should appear around the winner..etc and When someone Win the chip, they goes part by part(it should complately goes, not part by part) >> and also you see some screenshot in the attachment.
