Online MS Access.mdb data representation and analysis program

I originally picked up this project from a small business that works directly with large clothing retailers. I was charged with setting up a web app that could sort, analyze, and display data that was specifically searched for through various standard forms of user input, e.g. checkboxes, pulldowns, etc. My original gameplan for the project was to have a Flash interface to accomodate any sort of design requirements the client had, then use PHP with the MS Access database to pull specific tables and their data, then display them in a Flash module. My partner moved to Maine, and I don't have the time to tackle the job by myself, so the client has asked me to moderate this process to try and find people to get the project completed. I had been using the latest Apache build as it obviously meshed well with PHP. The database is large, so much so that I wished during development that it was an Oracle db, and the db is updated at the end of every retail store's working day, so we're talking hundreds of tables with anywhere between 5-15 columns each. End users need to be able to pull data from certain tables and compare it to data to another table, or even multiple other tables. For those of you who had expressed a willingness to work on the original project, please send me a message with a revised bid reflecting the substantial decrease in difficulty. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server 2000, IE 4.0+, cross-platform compatible, reasonable load times on broadband internet
