This project will entail the following: 1. Development of a 3D intro (We will provide photos and music for you to use to create intro) The intro will need to include photos that we will provide along with effects and graphics designed by coder. We will provide music for the intro. 2. The inside template must be a combination html & flash. The style of the site is not to be like box format, it should be something that looks full on all resolutions. The primary resolution will be 1024x768, but must look great on full screens larger than that size. There must be no side to side scroll and no up and down scroll at this resolution. Inside template will include: a) image transitions (animations) b) frames to make it easy to edit html c) 4 music track selection, making it easy for us to change short music clips d) aim and wallpaper download section( we will provide the aim icons and the wallpaper ) 3. Pages will be: a) News b) About c) Gallery d) Online Store (will include about 15 items, when you click on small thumbnail, it needs to give you a larger image) NO POP UP WINDOWS ON THE ENTIRE SITE, need an online shopping cart with [login to view URL] merchant account. e) Become a Member f) Management (fully functional with username/pass) 4. There will be a username and password area for this website. You do not have to worry about the coding as we already have the coder to configure the username and password 5. Upon acceptance, we provide 12 days to complete project. We expect to have several templates to start approving within 2 days of accepting this project. 6. Deadlines are critical to us, so if you are a very busy coder and cannot dedicate the time to working full time on this project, then please do not apply. We put strict deadlines on reviewing templates. We need to have the design approved within the first 2-4 days, then the details and flash intro out within days 5. Then final changes between days 10. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows
