Joomla Template Design / Flash / Joomla System Install

Hello. We need the following items completed. This is for a small hotel chain (5 properties total). The website will support the overall company as well as each individual property. :::::::::::::Template Design::::::::::::: We need a custom template designed. We will give you examples of templates that we like as well as specific directions and suggestions for the design. There will be a homepage design, then an interior page template design that will be based on the homepage. :::::::::::::Flash Design::::::::::::::::: A portion of the template will be dedicated to flash animation. There will be flash on the homepage as well as on the 5 of the interior templates. In all, you will create 6 flash movies. The movies will ALL BE THE SAME FORMAT, but with different content. For example, the movie will be a combination of 4-5 photos, text and accent graphics. Each movie will follow the same format, but with different photos and text. ::::::::::::::Joomla! System Install::::::::::: The site will use the Joomla CMS. In addition to all of the basic system functionalities, a few fairly standard items that we’ll need are: 1) Homepage will have news/events listing. It will post 3-4 events, then link to an overall news page. 2) Each property will have its own HOMEPAGE. We will need to ability to create user accounts that only have access to a specific homepage. 3) Each property homepage will have its own news/events posting, which can be managed by the property manager 4) Each property homepage will have the ability to have its own navigation menu, specific to that section (on left side of page). 5) URL's must be search engine friendly :::::::::::::Timeline::::::::::::::: We will need for the designs to be ready by next Wed. or Thursday. We would like for the entire system to be installed and built by the middle of December. Please let me know what questions you have. Thank you for your bids.
