I am looking to replace the existing header I use for site <[login to view URL]> with a nice animated flash header. Can be a theme of the current picture.
I would like it to contain some properties (or just one) and a picture of the sun going down into the sea and sand but can be persuaded for other designs. I would like some text added to promote the site flashing through the header.

may wish to change during process of programming if I think of anything else.
Would like if possible for it to be based something around the Algarve in Portugal but not essential. Would like to see sky moving and several picture changes.
I noticed this one which had good moving animation and several changing pages.

I would like the coder to be as creative as possible and I am sure you can come up with something to suit. I may take an existing header as long as it EXACTLY fits where the current non flah header exists (that applies to the width - heigh can vary a little). I will replace and edit the index page to recognise the file name change so all I need is the header.
This is very easy and very quick work for someone with the right FLASH skills.
Examples of existing work may be required to ensure level of capability.
Deliverables need to include the .FLA and .SWF files that you create should I need to alter wording later.
