Flash Developer Needed

We have created a widget that works across numerous web properties. (Its very much like the scrolling window you see on your left as you are reading this post - the scrolling window from RAC showing all the latest jobs) I now need to port the same widget over to Flash (from PHP) - if needed I will provide you with the web engineering support, I need you to create the same widget in Flash. While the description may seem sketchy, for a good Flash developer it should be less sketchy. **PLEASE BID ONLY if you are 100% sure you can do this. Thank you.** Please show me what you have done in the past? I'd like to getthis done RIGHT AWAY!! The biggest reason I want it in Flash is so that it can be displayed at all the popular social networking sites such as MySpace etc. which are otherwise blocking other widgets. In contractual terms the widget you create MUST work at AT LEAST all the sites that Slide & RockYou work at!
