Computer Based Training

Need a Computer Based Training System for a local financial institute. (1) Please BID ONLY if you have EXISTING system that you can demonstrate. You do not need to develop the whole thing from scratch. Just changing the content and interface of your previous system (as long as your current system is good) will be acceptable - we are more interested in GOOD result. Requirements: (2) It is a training with about 5 chapters and smaller topics. Some topics can be complete by user in 10 minutes, some will take longer. User should have the freedom of studying just one of the topic. (3) At the end of every Chapter, there should be a quiz on the content just covered. If the user score well in the quiz, he will be able to print out a nice little certificate by entering his name. (4) It will be run from within Intranet or CDROM. No database is required...just a way to present the 4 Chapters of fact in an interesting way (multimedia), and a quiz at end of chapter. (5) Must have good interface and navigation design. --> I repeat, please show us previous sample in CBT, online learning, etc for your bid to be accepted. If this is succssful, we will use your engine to develop more Trainign Courses. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash?
