Action Script, Flex, Red 5 and PHP

Looking for one expert Flash / Action Script / Flex / Red5 developer to take care of a small project for us. While this project is not PHP-based, you will need to know PHP in order to successfully deliver this project. Do well on this one small project and we will give you a much larger project. You must be able to email with us in Fluent English. You work whenever you want. Milestone payments are never accepted. We pay you once each week. We never pay in-advance. We never post escrow. We work direct with our vendors and will not work through any type of broker or middleman. Again, we work with individual coders only. Details of this small, starter project will be shared inside the PMB with qualified vendors. Our experience has always been best with vendors in Latin America/Central America and Eastern Europe.
