474643 writing/sales and lead gen/gumtree/squeeze pages/re-writing/

Hi there, I have a new business with a squeeze page up and running and what I need is a skilled person to help with the writing and sales part of it. The business is in the property sector (real estate/houses and flats to rent) and I need someone to help with eye catching headlines for the squeeze page, help make the wording compelling and make it convert. I will also need this person to write highly eye catching/sales messages to send to landlords through websites such as gumtree and Viva Street as well as being able to write a good report to put on this squeeze page to again make them enter their details into the second form. Here is what we need: We are in the property industry doing house/flat rentals/guaranteed rent etc.., here is our current squeeze page [login to view URL] We need this to be 100%, right now we feel it is not good enough to convert and we need someone who can help us get to that next level with eye catching headlines, text and the wow factor to make it convert more. Our method of marketing is through Gumtree and Viva Street which is where private Landlord's advertise their property. We have a very good excel spreadsheet/letter with a great formula on it which we use and save it as a pdf file to either print or send in an attachment however we found out Gumtree and Viva Street are not set up for pdf attachments so we have to think about doing it another way.] We had an idea of putting the excel spreadsheet onto a squeeze page on the web and having the Landlord (customer) enter their own rent in to show them how much rent per month and year they would get from using us. Do you know if Gumtree is set up to use HTML coding in it so you can add colour to your messages? What can you offer us? Can you do all of the above?
