XML PHP Interface for affiliate website

I have an affiliate site I built using Merchants .csv data feeds, Webmerge program and HTML. That's the extent of my IT knowledge.

My merchant is now offering XML data, and I would like to be able to rebuild my site pulling off of this XML data instead of .csv datafeed files like before. However, I have been told I should know PHP and XML to be able to do this, and I do not. I need something that would facilitate me being able to use this data, so that I can add it to my site myself, as well as be able to modify it as needed.

Ideally, I would like to find a script I could run to be able to do this or simply be shown how to do this, so that I am not dependent on you for future changes while at the same time keeping my cost down as low as possible.

I am currently reading XML and expecting new book on PHP, so I am eagered to learn - all I need is a little help :)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
