Website for home building company. Your task would be to create a fully functioning website meant to display what the company is about, what they do, as well as past projects they have completed. The site is to be fairly simple and will include a gallery of pictures of their past projects. I’m really looking for creativity in the design. The actual coding of the pages should be extremely simple. I do not just want some $5 template. You’ll be provided with all text and pictures that are to be included in the site. It’s hard to say exactly how many pages will be needed, but excluding the image gallery I estimate it should be around 5 to 8 pages. You’ll be provided with the different navigation titles (i.e. about us, listings, etc.). One of these pages will be contact form that submits to email. This is by no means a large project and therefore we have a deadline of June 22nd. I plan to pick a coder by early next week (if not before) so there should be ample time to complete the project. If you’re unsure whether you can make the timeline the do not bid... we cannot afford to be late. As far as the image gallery goes, it does not need to be dynamic but if there is a simple way you can make it dynamic (i.e. easily updatable by the client) then let me know in your bid and maybe we can build in some type of bonus. What is important is that there be small thumbnail pictures that have a larger popup picture displayed when the user clicks on it. The gallery should also be split up by project. We don’t plan on putting a large number of different projects online… probably 4 to 8. You will be provided with a few websites that are meant to be examples of what other similar companies are doing. You will also be provided with general ideas as to what the ‘feel’ of the site should be. PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PAST WORK YOU HAVE COMPLETED. This will have significant weight on who is selected... although price is obviously a factor.
