Web site redesign and some improvements

A complete Front end redesign. The look and feel should be fresh, load quickly and have a nice look to it, Keep in mind this is a Brazilian Web site so keep that in consideration. These front end should include a small intro banner (light) about the magazine BrasilMagazine. Please read the deliverables carefully before biding. You are expected to have the skills set to deliver this project ontime and as required. The current web site: [login to view URL] Don't worry about the content being in Portuguese. The overall project is mostly a back end and front end project. ## Deliverables **DELIVERABLES: **Add the ability for the site admistrator to log in create accounts for the columnists and allow these colunists the rights to write and place their articles online along with their photo. **MODEL PHOTOS:** 3-) Add the ability to post the photos of the models, a small bios(name personal information etc) of the model and allow visitors to vote for it and purchase the photos (with paypal integration) **BANNERS:** 4-) Add the ability to place vertical annimated banners on the middle right side of the page. (120 x 600 animated banners) **CLASSIFIEDS ONLINE: **5-) Add the ability to charge for the online classifieds with paypal integration. We could use the existing classified system or not. This classifieds should include personals. **ONLINE SONGS:** 6-) Enable us to play our own songs and our magazine commercial in replacement of the existing online radio station that is there. **ONLINE INTERVIEW:** 7-) Enable us to place online video interviews online throught a control panel type environment. **ECOMMERCE** 8-) Enable us to add ecommerce to the site throught with paypal integration. **INTEGRATION** 9-) Integrate our hosting business ([login to view URL]) in the mix. It should be easy and seamless to do all of these above. At these deliverables should be throughly tested before delivery. If we have to do all the testing ourselves then it's not going to work out. The ideal bid would include a one page sample of what it would look like. Given that past projects does not ensure sucessful completion of this one. NOTE: The existing structure (links and functionalities) should be preserved as much as possible.
