Setup Joomla-based website

We have set up a basic website with Joomla. We have an old site that contains the content. We need to move the new content to Joomla. We also need a shop set up in Joomla that will use a paypal account for payment processing. A calendar/event system will also be needed. The Joomla site has some 'modules' in place (an e-commerce one, and a calendar one) but the calendar one doesn't work, and the e-commerce one needs to be set up properly. For the membership part, we need a form that will allow people to join the 'friends', you'll see this on the old website. They should be able to print a form to mail in with payment, or do it online (maybe it can work with the e-commerce part to process). Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
