Our not-for-profit Music Society has an existing online form that utilizes JavaScript to allow new registrations to be emailed to our office. As an evolution to our operations we want to incorporate PayPal payments. Our challenge is to ensure that we 1) receive all of the current information at the office, 2) maintain & enhance the calculation abilities of the existing form and 3) pass the necessary information to PayPal for payment completion. Our form dynamically calculates the amont due and so this must be passed correctly to PayPal. The amounts cannot be fix as is normally required with a PayPal Buy Now or Add to Cart function. Form validation was previously functioning and is required. Most of the JavaScript code that needs to be modified is already contained in the form but requires modification for full functionality. Finally, we need this project completely as quickly as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The form needs to be able to run in a Windows server environment using JavaScript client-side processing with an ASPmail function. Browser compatibility should be broad with a minimum standard of SSL support.
