Post pictures in our phpBB forum

We need to be able to post pictures on our current Home Owners Association Forum. It is a phpBB forum. <[login to view URL]> The pictures can be uploaded and stored in a separate gallery that is then referred to in the phpBB. This gallery could be on our web site (phpGallery????) with a seperate database from the phpBB. Do not want these stored in a public gallery anyplace else. The pictures need to be able to be seen in the phpBB discussion topics. Process for uploading pictures is part of this bid. Instructions on how to upload pictures and incorporate them in the discussion topics also is required for this bid. Pictures of screen captures showing the process are necessary. These instructions/screen shots need to be posted on our HOA Forum by the successful bidder under the "[**How to use this Forum**][1]" topic. This bid is for a turn key system. We will give you a ftp login for you to do the installation and check out. You tell us how you want the database (MySQL??) configured. Pictures may only be posted by registered users of the Forum and/or Gallery. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
