Need some help completing the programming for a custom made php site with shopping cart. Will require customized logins for vendors who will have limited permission and list products on the site.

Looking for an expert in php programming with experience in building sites with shopping carts, different permission levels for users. Code must be clean and site must look good. Lots of future work for the right programmer. Project includes: 1. creating a new menu that pops up on mouse over, with links for the different alphabet. 2. A couple of corrections regarding the processing of transactions. 3. creating logins for vendors who wish to sell on the site including a specific url for each vendor's home page. 4. creating a panel where vendors can customize the experience for the site's customers. 5. creating an email system that informs vendors of the orders being placed. 6. extending the current product upload system so that vendors can upload their own products. 7. creating an admin that will allow vendors to see the progress of their sales. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
