IRC bot that can issue commands to [login to view URL] (Soldat) game server. The bot will be used to control PUG games, (pick-up-games) EG: I am admin of the bot. In IRC chan i will type "!newpug ctf_b2b players_8" The bot will start a new game on the game server with the map ctf_b2b, and set the server to 8 player slots. Users in the channel will type "!join pug #"(number, each !newpug created will have a number assigned to it) They will be able to do this until all 8 slots on the server created is full. Once full the bot will PM the users who joined the PUG with the server IP, PORT and randomly generated password for the server, and also the colour that player is automatically assigned to (red or blue) Players will join the game. Bot will check to see if the game is full, once full the bot will issue the restart command to restart the map and thus start the game going so everyone begins at the same time. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
