Flash Countdown Timer

I need a professional looking, sleek flash countdown timer which counts down a time period that I specify (done via XML). Note that it counts down a set time period, NOT countdown TO a specific date or time. For example, I could specify the timer to count down starting from 55 minute... 20 minute... 15 minute. At the end of the countdown, when that time period is over, I must have the option of either redirect to web page OR NO ACTION at all.
