Finish Palm App - Billing Database / Invoice Creator

I am looking for someone to finish a basic palm app that someone else started for me then stopped responding to my e-mails. The app is for use on my Samsung i300 palm based device (palm phone from sprint pcs). I would say it's about 75% done so there is a good base to work with. I will provide source for review on an individual basis, just ask. The application would let me keep a database with my customers account number with me, their name, address, phone number, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. I would also be able to keep a log of all service calls for that account and when I clicked on a specific call it would bring up that invoice. The dated service call invoice would show itemized charges for each service and a total price along with a date. This could then be printed with a portable A6 palm printer. I should also be able to transfer this data to my computer with hotsynch and edit it if need be. I would also like to have a set of 2 or 3 small text documents that i could print with one button touch. For service agreements and such to print and have signed. Here is how it will be used: When a customer makes an appointment, I enter their information into my database. Then, when I go to their home I will print a service agreement and have them sign it. After doing my work, I will enter go to their account on my palm and add a new invoice. On the new invoice I would select a service from a drop down list then enter a price. This would be repeated until all items were listed. A total would be kept automatically. Afterwards I would click on print invoice and it would print my company logo and info, then their name address and account number, then the itemized charges, then the total due along with a short explanation of payment options and terms. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
