Hi, we have a script that downloads a file from an ftp site using file_get_contents. But recently this stopped working for some reason. We get "Cannot open stream..." error. We can download the file with wget just fine, for example. Or we can enter the ftp:// string in a browser and it will also get the filr. Also if you have any ideas why this might stop working all of a sudden, that would be great. We are hoping this code can be rewritten to use another method to get the file, such as using the PHP ftp functions. Basically the file needs to be saved as a string to a variable. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
