Database schematic for Web application

I require an English speaking database/software architect to supply a schematic for a new website application consisting of
- Project management functionality (like Basecamp)
- Social networking functionality (like Facebook)
- Integrated into a problem solving methodology.
The schematic must include the complete solution design and hosting infrastructure - preferably in VISIO
So far wireframes and graphic design phases are finished, with HTML conversion almost complete. You will be working off this and a high level IA document to generate the schematic
My budget for this project is AUD$250.00
Once this has been done I will commence the coding phase and will be looking for PHP developers to complete the build so there will be ongoing work for the right developer.
