Custom Content Feed(repost)

I need a custom content feed for my celebrity content site. The feed will place a "Hollywood Update" feature on subscribers web sites, complete with photos, text and interactivity. My current site is built with PHP, although I did not build it,and know nothing about it. This content feed is rather involved, and I have included a ZIP file to explain it in more detail. In brief, the panel which appears on subscribers web sites will include daily updates, pop-up panels, survey ability, and will require light databasing. As the standard RentACoder agreement says, I will require complete and fully functioning code, as I will be handing this over to my in-house IT guy, and he will likely have to mesh some of his code with it. I will also have complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Yes, I may turn around and sell this code to others. I do plan for this content feed to run on it;s own server, and I will want the programmer to set it up so that it is running properly. Finally, I will want to work with a coder who will continue to be available in the future should the code need to be modified, or should problems arise with the current implementation of the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform It will run on unix/linux and the content feed must work in all recent browsers (Netscape, IE, etc.) running on any platform (Mac, PC, Windows, Jaguar, Linux - all popular flavors, etc.)
