Convert Website

Convert my existing website [[url removed, login to view]][1] from ASP/MS SQL to PHP/MY SQL, OSCOMMERCE, & MAMBO CMS.

The project deliverables include:

# develop a Dreamweaver page template

# convert newsletter & email template

# convert site consisting of 16 pages to PHP & MYSQL.

# add & customise oscommerce (modify to look and feel of site) shopping cart

# add & customise Mambo content management system

# convert backend/admin functionality

# convert SWF banner graphic to static banner (ie not requiring Flash)

An option would be not to include the Mambo CMS.

The admin/backend system of the site includes:

1. Newsletter

1.1 Manage = create in standard template

1.2 Send = send Newsletter to selected mailing list

2. Mailing lists

2.1 Manage lists = Add, edit, delete lists

2.2 List addresses = list email addresses, add, edit, delete address

2.3 Find address (searches all lists)

2.4 Export list = to CSV file

2.5 Import list = Firstname, Surname, Email format

3. User access

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
