We have e-commerce website in Magento, this theme: [login to view URL] The template will be installed on our Magento Platform, you DO NOT need to install it. However we need the following: 1. An interface or import module to allow import of product information from Etililze database. Tech Data XML Feed will include product number, attributes, description, etc. 2. Ability to automatically import attributes data from Etilize (SPEX PLUS) to Magento site. 3. Ability to import & manage product feeds from Tech Data 4. Ability to set pricing based upon feeds - lowest cost & inventory availability. 5. Ability to update pricing/inventory status nightly or automatically via appropriate API to Tech Data. 6. Ability to integrate image file transfer from Etilize to Magento site. 7. Ability to see feedbacks and orders, this allows quick and simple creation as well as management of product listings (inc. automated synchronization of stock levels, pricing, and product details); ability to significantly reduce time required for listing maintenance. 8. The data feed should automatically link to distributor feed then download and update existing data on our site 9. The product numbers from Etilize will be checked against 1 TECH DATA feed. The pricing will be generated on the website through these feeds. 10. Magmi uploader may have to be used for this project as it solves speed issues associated with mass uploads. See below: [login to view URL] 11. Cron (automated refreshing) will run daily at night to refresh store. 12. We also need the ability to create special pricing for promotions based on Category or Sub Categories to reflect a % off or fixed amount off ( for example: 15% OFF LAPTOPS for one week, or $10 OFF ALL CABLES ). Hello. Thank you for the invitation. I have ready solution which covers all your requirements. Please look at this [login to view URL] user: admin pw: 1Newyork Feeds Import menu. The full Etilize update will take longer then 1 week but it can be done as following. Tech Data contains 400+k products but in stock only 20-30 k, so I am usually do initial import only in stock items and then on daily basic if new items appear in stock they imported too. In this way this project can be done by me in 1 week. The only one thing I didn't understand is #7 about feedbacks, please clarify. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Vitaliy.
