Drupal File Upload Service

Looking for an experienced Drupal developer to develop a drupal module that uses services module([login to view URL]) to download files from a remote server into sites/all/files/example directory and creating a node with the downloaded file as an attachment. You might want to write a test php program for testing of this module. Let's say php program (A) is in server (S1) And our module (M) is in server (S2). Our module will be a web service with a url. Program (A) will be configured to send the file to this url. Program(A) will authenticate with our module(M) possibly with api key. Program(A) sends a file stored in Server(S1) to our module (M) via HTTP POST module(M) will download the file into sites/all/files/example directory in Server(S2) After the download is complete, Module(M) sends a message(Status) to Program(A) that download is finished or with the error message if there is any. Finally the module(M) will create a node of type Page with the downloaded file as an attachment to the node. The node title will be the file name. The authentication information should be configurable in module's settings page [login to view URL] Remember that the file size could be in gigabytes. I am a drupal developer myself.
