MAGENTO- Edit htaccess file- 301 Redirect for 1500 URLS

We are migrating our site to the magento platform. In doing so, we have 1500 URLS that are indexed with Google that need to have 301 redirects so we do not lose the SEO value on it. I have a complete list in excel format with the Old URL versus the New URL. I am seeking someone that can take this data and automatically populate the htaccess file that will create 301 redirects for all 1500 of these URLS. I will provide you with the excel sheet of 1500 needed redirects, you will return to me an .htaccess file with all of these re-directs written into them. I need this task done very quickly.
