membership login script and chat room for my website

I am looking to add a membership function and chat room to my website. 1st regarding the membership function, I would like to incorporate a subscription like service to my website. I would like for users to sign up and become members to access members only information. In doing this, they will pay a monthly fee to become a member. I am guessing that a database will also need to be in place for this. I use cpanel x which does not support asp or php and my sql. So this project is geared toward people who excel at that. I also need a chat capability to be built into the site. The chat capability must also be accessed only if you pay the monthly payment to become a member. The chat should have admin capabilites so i can cancel or add users at my will. Please let me know if you have any questions. The website is already complete, i just need these two additions to it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all platforms
