An e-business company based in the US would like to buy your established online business / established website. Requirements: - Prefer sites that can run in a LAMP+flash & javascript enviroment. (Linux, Apache, Mysql, PHP) - No Retail -- We don't do stuff (Sell stuff, ship stuff, warehouse stuff, inventory stuff... ) We don't do stuff... - Website generates revenue for example Google AdSense revenue. OR has at least 10K visitors / month (about 333 UNIQUE visitors / day) through SEO not paid inclusions such as adwords. - Website / Domain must be established for at least 2-3 months).. Higher prices paid for those with higher placement in search engines. - Provide us with detailed user statistics and information about the site and its offers. - The site must not break any rules or terms of its income source (for example Google AdSense) - NO adult and NO casino site. Payment will be made in the following way. 10% escrow at selection release after software has been moved and site is ready on our server. 40% escrow released after deal has closed, the site is moved/functional on our servers, and we begin to take traffic. 50% at the end of the first month where and see that the traffic is from legit users. (we have stats and click path analysis tools). I will buy multiple sites.. Sites of interest: Pay for dating sites with real paying subscribers.. (We may pay more than max bid for this type of site.) Domains with lots of traffic in the dating industry ... Any site with more than 10K unique visitors / month.
