Resize Application - Zoom Out

Only some online poker software allow people to resize the tables. That means, even if they play in a high resolution with only a couble of tables, they will still overlap each other. Therefore i need an application that can etc. can zoom out part's of the screen / reverse magnifying glass effect. Feature list: • The real poker table's/application's shall be hidden in the process bar/system tray. While this software publish there content in it's own application windows - Zoomed out! • be published as if it was the real application • Scalable zoom function (factor under 1) • The program can arrange the tables • Licenses of this program will be sold to end users. The following copy protection system should be used for the program: - The trial version can be used only for 30 days - In the trial version only 4 screens could be used for a maximum of 1 hour per day - with payment the program gets a registration number - the license is valid for 6 month's and must be renewed then - every 30 min the program checks a MYSQL DB on one of my domains if there is a valid entry for this registration number.( registration number / valid date / first name / last name / email ) - registration number can only be in use by one computer at a time ** More text in .zip file ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
