a C project....simple ( with pointers)

This is a very tight dead line project, I need it before 4 PM EST Monday. I have done most of the work for it. But I am getting some errors that needs to be fixed in order for it to run (my Delete Function seems to be not working properly and stuff)..If you want to start from scratch, be my guest. To a professional C programmer, this should not take more than couple of hours. Please Please try to do it ASAP, and one more thing, Serious Bidders Only..Thank You...
