mailing program

need an update on my mailing program so it uses a machine dependant computer key to connect to my server using ftp, i have the binaries already from my last coder and thanks. rich must have following software programs below: C++ development environment is "MS Visual Studio 2005" ## Deliverables basically the software will connect to my ftp server using a machine dependant key code, this is how i will like this new version to be made? if key code is present on the server the software will open up to work? if key code is not present on my server the software will say >> "software expired" software will only need the [login to view URL] file to operate no config file will be needed in this version. this way all values will be entered into the mailer manually by my user instead of using the config file this way?
